Most ITAD providers lean on downstream partners to hold their certifications. Minnesota Computers doesn’t. Our R2v3 and RIOS certifications sit directly on our own Eagan, Minnesota facility, which means every asset that leaves your building is tracked, sanitized, and documented under one roof, not handed off between subcontractors.

Equipment comes in through pickup or our ship-to-us program. Every asset is logged at the serial level, drives are sanitized to NIST 800-88 standards, and each destroyed asset is tied to a certificate of destruction. From there, equipment is tested and graded: what can be resold is remarketed, and what can’t is routed to certified downstream processors for responsible recycling, with documentation showing exactly where it went.
