01Inventory & Schedule Service
Tell us how many hard drives, SSDs, servers, or other data-bearing devices you need destroyed. We'll recommend onsite or facility-based destruction and schedule pickup or service at your location.
02Secure Collection & Chain of Custody
Every device is serialized, documented, and tracked from the moment it's collected. If requested, you can witness the destruction onsite for added assurance.
03Certified Data Destruction
Hard drives are shredded or degaussed where appropriate, while SSDs and flash media receive approved physical destruction. All processing follows NIST 800-88 media sanitization guidance using the appropriate destruction method for each media type.
04Certificate & Compliance Reporting
After processing, you receive a serialized Certificate of Destruction and audit-ready documentation confirming every device has been securely destroyed and accounted for.
